00:00 - there's a rather odd superimposition at the start here; is that deliberate? 00:48 - some of the point-of-view stuff is a little ropey. You need to be careful about the white balance when filming indoors; that's why some of your footage gas a very red tint. 01:08 - watch the audio editing. You've slightly clipped the ends of some of the lines when you've edited. It's a little unusual to cut between two pov close-ups, although you may have been going for a deliberately disconcerting effect. Generally, you would break up the sequence with LS/ ELS to show the positioning of the two characters (or over-the-shoulder, so we might gauge the geography of the scene 01:12 - you don't need the fade to black here. Also, you could overdub gunshot effects
You appear to have exported a lot of blank timeline here... You need to make sure that you only export the work areas
I couldn't really pick up where you'd included the match-on-action, or had the character entering a door, although you did stick to the 180 rule, just about, and you did have shot-reverse shot... For the final piece, you really need to plan your ideas out lot more.
